Founded in 2017 by Jitendra Phulwani, Bhushan Phulwani, and Manish Chawla, Hemel Paris was born from a vision to create fragrances with soul, character, and lasting presence. The name “Hemel” comes from a Dutch word meaning heaven, an idea that runs through the very DNA of our house.
