Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Seals and labels must remain intact
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

Return Process
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Refunds
After inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos or video evidence. We will arrange replacement or refund without additional charges.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error from Hemel Paris.
We recommend using a trackable courier to ensure safe return.
